The City of Arlington has issued and finalized more than 1,200 permits for both residential and non-residential projects, including single and multi-family housing, remodels, additions and other property improvements in the fourth quarter of 2025, according to the latest Quarterly Development Profile. Compared to the third quarter, there was an overall increase in permitting activity.
The Quarterly Development Profile provides basic growth statistics and is produced by the City of Arlington’s Department of Planning & Development Services. The publication includes permitting activity and the locations of new single-family and multifamily construction projects occurring within The American Dream City.
