The City of Arlington has issued more than 1,200 permits for residential housing, including single family, multifamily, remodels, additions and other property improvements in the first quarter of 2024, according to the latest Quarterly Development Profile.
The Quarterly Development Profile provides basic growth statistics and is produced by the City of Arlington’s Department of Planning & Development Services. The publication includes permitting activity and the locations of new single-family and multifamily construction projects occurring within The American Dream City.
Compared to last quarter, total permit volumes decreased by 12% and issued permit volumes decreased by 11%. Currently, the City has 106,033 single-family and 51,390 multi-family units.
